SHIPPING

Your order will be processed & shipped within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise stated.

Because we want you to receive your goodies safely, all orders are shipped with a tracking number via Australia Post. (Tracking Numbers are available upon request)

Shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of the order or added at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, Grommet Designs accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Grommet Designs is committed to customer satisfaction- if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with because of incorrect sizing, simply return it to us within 7-14 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund*. However postage is at your expense.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund if you simply change your mind.

*Sale items cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item was received. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled and/or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected on this website is solely used for the purpose of processing your order and enhancing customer service. Under no circumstances will information ever be given or sold to a third party, nor will we ever record any billing details such as PayPal accounts.
